Body Beast Cooking

So this Monday I will be starting a new Beachbody Fitness program called Body Beast.  Body Beast is all about putting on muscle and one of the key ways to do that besides lifting a lot of heavy weights is to eat a lot of food!  But you can't just eat any food or you will gain a lot of fat along with the muscle.  Since I am still trying to lose some of my stubborn body fat I have decided to take the diet portion of this program very serious.  I went through the meal guide that came with the program and picked some of the meals that looked the best to me.

Cooking in bulk and preparing your meals ahead of time has many advantages.  First, by storing these in individual serving containers, I can just take one out of the freezer and I have a ready to go healthy meal.  Secondly I am saving time throughout the week when time is short and I don't have time to cook.  Third, I am saving money by buying the ingredients in bulk instead of buying in smaller portions.  This is really the way to go if you want to control the portion size and quality of each meal.  Here are the meals I made today:

                                                                                        Beast Venison Chili

Power Venison Meatloaf

Sagi's Signature Meatballs

Bulk Chipolte Chicken

I think I cooked enough food for one day!!
