This past June I was contacted by my friend Darrell who was interested in Beachbody's 21 Day Cleanse called The Ultimate Reset. Darrell had followed my experience with the program and wanted to give it a try for himself. Like most people who are attracted to the Ultimate Reset Darrell wanted to lose weight. This year I attended the annual coaches Summit that Beachbody holds every year in Las Vegas. It was my first trip to Vegas and also my first time attending a Coaches Summit. I had heard from other coaches how important and what an impact attending Summit would have. They were absolutely right! It was so motivating being surrounded by over 7,000 fellow Beachbody Coaches. We were trained by the elite coaches in the business and also exposed to the amazing motivational speaker John Maxwell. On top of all that I also had the opportunity to meet and speak with some of the Beachbody trainers. They announced the release of Vanilla Shakeology and also Shaun T's newest workout, Focus T25. Summit was an experience that will stay with me forever and it has focused my drive and determination to grow my business and help as many people as possible with Beachbody. I took all my pictures and made a video of my experience. I hope you enjoy it and I hope you can join me next year for Summit 2014!

So this Monday I will be starting a new Beachbody Fitness program called Body Beast. Body Beast is all about putting on muscle and one of the key ways to do that besides lifting a lot of heavy weights is to eat a lot of food! But you can't just eat any food or you will gain a lot of fat along with the muscle. Since I am still trying to lose some of my stubborn body fat I have decided to take the diet portion of this program very serious. I went through the meal guide that came with the program and picked some of the meals that looked the best to me.
