Group. This is where the magic
happens. I will post every day to keep
you motivated, encouraged, on track, and accountable. I will offer suggestions, post nutritional
advice, and check in with individual members!
You are also encouraged to communicate your successes and struggles with
the other Challenge Group members, so we can help each other out!

The Beachbody Challenge is a “contest” available to all
members of the P90X3 Challenge Group.
