I have some experience with Les Mills Combat, Rev Abs, Hip Hop Abs, Slim in Six, Tai Cheng, Chalean Extreme, Turbo Fire, and Body Beast. Most of those programs listed I have experienced with other challengers or have experienced them at a local Fit Club.
